Customers buy pellets for their durability, their moisture and the fines in the bag. Measuring every shift is the only way to correct raw material moisture, conditioning or the die in time. This form collects the measurements of several samples, the appearance and the lot result.
Whoever runs quality control takes samples during the shift, enters the values and compares them with the product specification. When the lot is approved or rejected they download the PDF, which also works as an internal certificate for the customer.
