What it is for

A plant that is checked every day produces more and breaks down less. This form organizes what the operator checks at start-up, what is logged every hour (amperage, temperature, moisture and kilos) and how the line is left at the end of the shift. Stoppages are recorded with their cause, which is what later lets you fix the root problem.

How to use it

The operator fills it in on a phone or tablet during the shift: entries stay saved on the device. At the end, they download the PDF and file it or send it to the supervisor. If you prefer paper, download the blank version and print it.
