Operating instructions:

Grain to be processed into flour is added to the top of the machine, into the feed hopper.

The grain gradually enters the interior of the machine, where two milled rollers perform the grinding as the grain descends to the bottom of the machine.

The machine's centrifugal air-driven implements separate the finer particles, depositing them in the packaging chamber, while larger particles are recirculated into the cylinder for reprocessing. Bran is separated and discharged through another side outlet.
