Integrated Cleaning, Hulling, and Polishing Process

This mill features a comprehensive multi-stage process for quality rice production:

Cleaning and Separation: Rice is fed into a cleaner via a bucket elevator where lighter impurities are removed by air flow and screening systems.
Hulling: Clean grains move into the descascador (huller) where rubber rollers remove husks to produce brown rice with minimal breakage.
Aspirating and Polishing: After hulling, husks are blown away and immature grains separated. Brown rice then enters a polishing stage where friction action whitens and smooths grains for improved quality.

This process ensures uniform milling and polished rice output suitable for packing or further processing.
