Four-Line Configuration and Operational Redundancy

The core of the plant is four MKRD508C-W flat-ring-die pellet mills operating synchronously to reach the full 10,000 kg/h output. This four-line architecture offers the maximum operational redundancy available on the market: if one or two lines require technical intervention, the plant can continue producing at 50 or 75% of nominal capacity without interrupting delivery commitments. Each pellet mill has its own steam conditioning system, allowing individual adjustment of processing conditions per line to maximize pellet quality regardless of raw material variations.

Centralized Control System and Automation

The plant integrates a SCADA system with touch-screen interface that centralizes control of all subsystems: feeding, conditioning, pelletizing, cooling, screening, and bagging. The operator can monitor and adjust all production parameters in real time from a single workstation, with historical data logging for performance analysis and process traceability.
