The MEELKO Fish Feed Extruder 1800 – 2000 kg/h 132 kW MKED200B is a high-capacity industrial solution designed for continuous production of extruded feed for aquaculture. With a processing capacity of 1800 to 2000 kg per hour, this machine is ideal for industrial plants, fish farms, and feed producers requiring consistent, high-volume output.
The extrusion system combines controlled pressure, temperature, and moisture to produce floating or semi-floating pellets with high digestibility and excellent water stability. This improves feed conversion efficiency and reduces waste.
The machine features an electronic control panel with variable speed adjustment for the cutting system, allowing precise pellet length control. The feeding system is also adjustable to ensure consistent material flow.
Pellet size can be adjusted (6, 8, 10, 12 mm) using interchangeable dies included with the machine. A second screw and die set are also included for maintenance and continuous operation.
The heating system operates within a standard range of 100–120 °C and can be adjusted for different formulations. The machine includes three independent motors for stable and efficient operation.
