The MEELKO Fish Feed Extruder 1000 – 1200 kg/h 90 kW MKED160B is an industrial solution designed for continuous production of extruded feed for aquaculture. With a processing capacity of 1000 to 1200 kg per hour, it is ideal for feed production plants, fish farms, and operations requiring consistent quality and high efficiency.
The extrusion system uses controlled pressure, temperature, and moisture to produce floating or semi-floating pellets with high digestibility and excellent water stability. This improves feed conversion rates and reduces waste.
The machine features an electronic control panel with variable speed adjustment for the cutting system, allowing precise pellet length control. The feeding system is also adjustable to ensure consistent material flow.
Pellet size can be adjusted (6, 8, 10, 12 mm) using interchangeable dies included with the machine. A second screw and die set are also included for maintenance and operational continuity.
The heating system operates within a standard range of 100–120 °C and can be adjusted for different formulations. The machine includes three independent motors for stable and efficient performance.
