The MEELKO Dog Food Extruder 1800 – 2000 kg/h 132 kW MKED200B is a high-capacity industrial machine designed for continuous production of kibble-type dog food. With a processing capacity of 1800 to 2000 kg per hour, it is ideal for large-scale pet food manufacturers and industrial processing plants requiring high efficiency and consistent quality.
The extrusion system uses controlled pressure, temperature, and moisture to convert cereal and meat-based formulations into uniform, highly digestible kibble with excellent texture. This process enhances nutritional value and improves feed absorption.
The machine features a full electronic control panel with variable speed control for pellet cutting, allowing precise adjustment of kibble length. The feeding system also includes speed regulation to ensure consistent material flow into the extrusion system.
Pellet size can be adjusted (6, 8, 10, 12 mm) through quick-change interchangeable dies included with the machine. An additional screw and die set are also provided to support continuous operation.
Its adjustable thermal system operates typically between 100–120 °C, with flexibility for different processing needs. The machine includes three independent motors (main drive, feeder, and cutter), ensuring efficient and stable performance.
