All our machines are equipped with an electronic control panel featuring a variable speed drive for the pellet cutting motor, allowing precise adjustment of pellet length with high accuracy.
The upper conditioner and feeder also have a speed regulator for feed input, ensuring the screw conveyor delivers the exact amount required, according to the operator's settings and desired quality.
The pellet diameter for cats can be adjusted to 6/8/10/12 mm, thanks to the machine's quick-change front die system. These dies are included with the machine.
A second set of extrusion screw and die is also included.
The normal operating temperature is 100 to 120ºC, but if the operator requires a different temperature, it is not an issue, as the pyrometer and heating elements are adjustable to suit specific needs.
The extruder is equipped with three motors in total: one for main drive, one for the feeder, and one for the front cutting blade.
The most important aspect is operator and equipment safety, which is why the main control panel incorporates all electromechanical engineering to prevent any issues during operation. It features thermal motor protection, emergency stop, star-delta starter, visual temperature control, voltage control, and amperage control.
