Extruders for Cat Food Kibble Production 580kg/h - MKEW090B
All our machines are equipped with an electronic control panel featuring a variable speed drive for the pellet cutting motor, allowing you to precisely adjust the pellet length with high accuracy.
The top-mounted conditioner and feeder also include a speed regulator for the feed, ensuring the screw conveyor delivers the exact amount required, according to the operator’s settings and desired product quality.
The pellet diameter for dogs can be adjusted to 6/8/10/12 mm, thanks to the machine’s quick-change front die system. These dies are included with the machine.
A second set of extrusion screw and die is also included.
The normal operating temperature is 100 to 120°C, but if the operator requires a different temperature, it is not an issue, as the pyrometer and heating elements are fully adjustable to suit your needs.
Operator and equipment safety is paramount; therefore, the main control panel incorporates comprehensive electromechanical engineering to prevent any operational issues. It features thermal motor protection, emergency stop, star-delta starter, visual temperature monitoring, voltage control, and amperage control.
