Extruders for Cat Food Kibble Production 280kg/h - MKEW070B
All our machines are equipped with an electronic control panel featuring a variable speed drive for the pellet cutting motor, allowing precise adjustment of pellet length with high accuracy.
The upper conditioner and feeder also have a speed regulator for feed input, ensuring the screw conveyor delivers the exact amount required according to the operator's settings and desired product quality.
The pellet diameter for dogs can be adjusted to 6/8/10/12 mm, thanks to the machine's quick-change front die system. These dies are included with the machine.
A second set of extrusion screw and die is also included.
The normal operating temperature ranges from 100 to 120°C, but if the operator requires a different temperature, it can be easily adjusted, as the pyrometer and heating elements are fully adjustable to meet specific needs.
Operator and equipment safety is paramount; therefore, the main control panel incorporates comprehensive electromechanical engineering to ensure safe operation. It features thermal motor protection, emergency stop, star-delta starter, visual temperature control, voltage monitoring, and amperage control.
