All our machines are equipped with an electronic control panel featuring a variable speed drive for the pellet cutting motor, allowing precise adjustment of pellet length with high accuracy.
The upper conditioner and feeder also have a speed regulator for dosing, ensuring the screw conveyor delivers the exact amount required, according to the operator's settings and desired product quality.
The pellet diameter for dogs can be adjusted to 6/8/10/12 mm, thanks to the machine's quick-change front die system. These dies are included with the machine.
A second set of extrusion screw and die is also included.
The normal working temperature is 100 to 120°C, but if the operator requires a different temperature, it is easily adjustable, as the pyrometer and heating elements are fully regulated to meet specific needs.
The most important aspect is the safety of both the operator and the equipment. For this reason, the main control panel incorporates comprehensive electromechanical engineering to ensure safe operation. It features thermal motor protection, emergency stop, star-delta starter, visual temperature control, voltage monitoring, and amperage control.
