All our machines are equipped with an electronic control panel featuring a variable speed drive for the pellet cutting motor, allowing you to precisely adjust the pellet length with high accuracy.
The upper conditioner and feeder also have their own speed regulator for feeding, so the screw conveyor delivers the exact amount required, according to the operator’s settings and desired product quality.
The pellet diameter for dogs can be adjusted to 6/8/10/12 mm, thanks to the machine’s quick-change front die system. These dies are included with the machine.
A second set of extrusion screw and die is also included.
The normal operating temperature is 100 to 120°C, but if the operator requires a different temperature, this is not an issue, as the pyrometer and heating elements are adjustable to meet specific needs.
The most important aspect is operator and equipment safety. That’s why the main control panel incorporates comprehensive electromechanical engineering to prevent any operational issues. It features thermal motor protection, emergency stop, star-delta starter, visual temperature control, voltage monitoring, and amperage control.
