All our machines are equipped with an electronic control panel featuring a variable speed drive for the pellet cutting motor, allowing you to precisely adjust the exact length of the pellets with high accuracy.
The upper conditioner and feeder also have a speed regulator for feeding, so the screw conveyor delivers the exact amount required, according to the operator’s settings and desired quality.
The pellet diameter for dogs can be varied between 6/8/10/12 mm, thanks to the machine’s quick-change front die system. These dies are included with the machine.
A second set of extrusion screw and die is also included.
The normal working temperature is 100 to 120°C, but if the operator requires a different temperature, this is not a problem, as the pyrometer and heating elements are adjustable to suit your needs.
The most important aspect is the safety of both the operator and the equipment. That’s why the main control panel incorporates comprehensive electromechanical engineering to prevent any operational issues. It features thermal motor protection, emergency stop, star-delta starter, visual temperature control, voltage monitoring, and amperage control.
