Extruders for producing cat food pellets, 2000 kg/h - MKED200B
All our machines are equipped with an electronic control panel featuring a variable-speed drive for the pellet-cutting motor, allowing for precise adjustment of the desired pellet length with high accuracy.
At the top, the conditioner and feeder also have their own feed speed regulator so that the auger delivers the exact amount, according to the settings and quality desired by the operator.
The pellet size for cat food can be adjusted to 6/8/10/12 mm, as this machine allows for quick replacement of the front die; these dies are included with the machine.
A second set of extrusion screw and die is also included.
The normal operating temperature is 100 to 120°C, but if the operator needs a different temperature, that’s no problem, because the pyrometer and heating elements are adjustable to meet specific needs.
The extruder has 3 motors in total: 1 for the main drive, 1 for the feeder, and 1 for the front cutting blade.
The most important consideration is the safety of the operator and the equipment; that is why the main control panel incorporates all the necessary electromechanical engineering to ensure trouble-free operation. It features motor protection thermal control, emergency stop, star-delta starter, visual temperature control, voltage control, and amperage control.
